1. Who we are

c4 Cyber Intelligence Private Limited ("c4 Lab", "we", "us", or "our") operates this website. For personal data covered by this policy, we act as the data fiduciary or controller unless we tell you otherwise.

2. Scope

This policy applies to c4lab.in and communications you initiate using the contact details published on the website. It does not govern c4 Academy, ChatGPT, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, or another third-party website or service that you choose to visit. Those services apply their own privacy terms.

3. Personal data we handle

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads tags. These services may place or read cookies and similar identifiers and receive website usage, device, browser, IP-address, referral, and interaction data. We use this information to measure traffic and engagement, understand how visitors find and use the website, evaluate advertising, and improve our communications.

Your browser may let you block or delete cookies. Blocking some technologies may affect website measurement but should not prevent access to the website's main informational content. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Browser and Google controls described above can also limit future analytics or advertising collection on your device.

Following an external link, including a WhatsApp, social-media, c4 Academy, or ChatGPT link, sends you to a separate service. The destination provider receives information directly from your device and handles it under its own terms.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside India or outside the country where you are located. Where applicable law restricts international transfers, we use a legally recognised transfer mechanism or another permitted basis and require appropriate protection for the information.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was handled. Website and security records are retained according to operational, diagnostic, security, and legal needs. Enquiry and business correspondence is retained while we respond, manage the relationship, maintain necessary records, and address legal claims or obligations. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to our service settings and the provider's applicable retention processes.

When data is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise, or securely isolate it, subject to backups, legal holds, dispute records, and records that law requires us to preserve.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and the risks involved. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request information about our processing, access or obtain a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, nominate another person to exercise rights where the law permits, or complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may reply and ask us to reconsider, and you may complain to the competent authority available under applicable law.

11. Children

The website is intended for professional, organisational, and adult educational audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal data from a child through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

12. Automated decisions

We do not use personal data collected through this website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.
